Terms & Conditions for the Fee Payments through Debit /Credit Card

These terms and conditions are regarding online fee payments to VU through “Pay Online option” from VULMS using debit /credit cards for online banking inter alia other online modes by using HBL Internet Payment Gateway. These are as follows;

1. It is obligatory that the user of the online service is fully aware about the terms and conditions here in given, his/her use of online service will be presumed his/her consent by default.
2. The use of credit/debit card and other online banking should be conducted within the security protocols laid down from time to time by the respective bank. The secrecy of such protocols shall be the sole responsibility of the online user and the respective bank.
3. It shall be sole responsibility of the user of online services that information entered in the relevant fields are correct and the user shall retain a copy of it by screen shot or by any other method for his/her record.
4. The applicant student/user of on line service is deemed to be fully Cognizant of the purpose of online payment service with the conscious understanding that his/her personal data including the details of debit/credit including the confidential codes are susceptible to hacking or misuse. VU in no such eventuality shall be liable for any exemplary damages or vicarious liability on account of fraud or misuse.
5. The user of online banking services shall be presumed to be the owner/ authorized user of the debit /credit card while using online services and in full knowledge of the security protocols laid down by their banking service provider and any admission fee or other charges received in the HBL Internet Payment Gateway on the behalf of VU shall be deemed to be correctly and willingly sent hence VU has no part or responsibility in this process, ipso facto in a situation of any dispute between the online user/depositor and the respective bank will be an alien matter for VU hence will not be liable for any claim, refund and will not entertain retrieval requests from any party.
6. Fees and dues paid against voucher will not be refunded in ordinary situation save as otherwise in the rules of VU.
