Adjustment of Unpaid dues from Security Refundable amount

After announcement of Final Term result of each semester, convocation fee voucher is generated in LMS accounts book of Pass out students. The transcript and other relevant documents are not dispatched to graduates until their accounts balance become zero.

In order to accelerate the process and to avoid any delay in dispatching of documents, the graduating students are hereby informed that Virtual University reserves the right to adjust their outstanding dues against security amount in following way:

If outstanding dues are up to the extent of security refundable amount:

·         Dues will be adjusted and further process will start subsequently.

If outstanding dues are more than security refundable amount:

·         Dues will be adjusted up to the extent of security refundable amount.

·         Concerned student will pay remaining dues in order to get his / her LMS account book cleared.

·         Further process will start after clearance of all outstanding dues.
