All the eligible Groups/Students are advised to bring the following to appear in Viva Voce Examination:
1) PC (CPU or Laptop) containing your fully configured software.
2) Soft copy of Complete Working Application, Final Project Report and Final Presentation documents [Hard copy / Print is not required]
3) Your VU Student ID Card, CNIC.

Note 1: To appear in viva voce examination, your fee status must be cleared and the CS619 course registration must be correct.
Note 2: You must reach at viva voce examination center ahead of your scheduled viva start time. If any student does not follow the time schedule, the viva voce examination will be considered cancelled and student will get F grade in the project course.
Note 3: Make sure your PC/Laptop is properly configured and display drivers are installed. Install latest version of Skype and Team Viewer as well.
Note 4: If any student is eligible for viva exam but the student cannot find his/her student id in the schedule, then such student should contact respective project supervisor within 5 days of this announcement.
