All the eligible Groups/Students are advised to bring the following to appear in Viva Voce Examination:
1) Take the soft copy of final report and final presentation in a USB disk.
2) Your VU Student ID Card, CNIC.

Important Notes:
1: To appear in viva voce examination, your fee status must be cleared and the CS519 course registration must be correct.
2: You must reach at viva voce examination center ahead of your scheduled viva start time. If any student does not follow the time schedule, the viva voce examination will be considered cancelled and student will get F grade in the project course.
3: Since final viva exam schedule is published and some necessary modifications may be applied if necessary. So make sure to check viva schedule and all other information in viva related announcement regularly and also check your emails on daily basis. Otherwise you will be responsible for missing any important update / information.

Overseas students viva voce examination will be conducted via online audio and video chat session.
