Intended Readers: All students in CS619 Course

Dear Students,

The normal time to complete the project is at least two consecutive regular semesters. Also it is important to note that only CS619 course cannot be freezed or unfreezed, instead whole study program gets freezed or unfreezed. This announcement explains Freeze/Unfreeze cases w.r.t CS619 Final Project.

Case 1: First Semester Freezed in CS619 Course
In this case student's project will be discarded. And on unfreezing in any next semester, student shall be considered a fresh student of CS619 course.

Case 2: Second Semester Freezed in CS619 Course
In this case student can continue the project, in any next semester on unfreezing. That next semester will be considered 2nd semester in the project as per normal project flow. For example if student took CS619 course in Spring 2014 for the first time and student freezed in Fall 2014, then student unfreezed in Spring 2015 (or any semester later than that), then Spring 2015 will be considered second semester in the project and student will continue the same project.

Case 3: Any other case for Freeze/Unfreeze
Any other case will be processed based on above two cases, and as per the rest of project rules and instructions already available on General Announcements Page.
