Intended Readers: All CS619 Students whose final deliverable is due to be submitted

Students can apply for extension for late submission of only final deliverable of CS619. Following is the procedure:

• A student's all previous assignments must have the status: 'Marked as Complete' by respective project supervisor.
• When due date is over, student will see a button against the final deliverable in CS619 course Assignments page.
• This button will be available for limited days after the due date of final deliverable, so students should not get late to miss it.
• On clicking of button and completing the procedure, a fine voucher will be generated in student's Account Book, that student will have to pay accordingly
• After applying for extension, student can submit final deliverable as per normal deliverable submission procedure via CS619 course Assignments page.

If you submit the complete final deliverable properly within due date, then you should NOT click on extension button. If a student mistakenly avails fine policy extension, then such student shall email respective project Supervisor to check the status of correct/proper final deliverable submission, and then Supervisor shall send email to CS619 indicating the fine voucher shall be cancelled. After which the request will finally be forwarded to Accounts.
