Intended Readers: All students who are enrolled in CS619 (Final Project).

The minimum period to clear the project is two consecutive regular semesters. Some students cannot complete the project in this period, and are therefore late students in the project. Viva voce examination for all late students in the project will be conducted before final term examination in every regular semester. So make sure that you get all the deliverable accepted at least two months before the final term examination by your respective project supervisor. And also make sure any CS619 viva sessions are completed and successfully passed.
