Dear Students,

During a final viva exam session, the submission/processing of deliverable is postponed. So no student should submit any deliverable when final viva voce examination is in process. Usually final viva exams are started around two months before the final term semester examination. The announcements pages are updated with final viva voce examination information accordingly.

If the last date to submit a deliverable via VULMS projects interface is still not reached, then students can submit their deliverable via VULMS (only if the deliverable is complete), but such submission will be checked after end of final viva voce examination session, or after the start of next semester.

Students who are scheduled in final viva voce examination can send their remaining deliverable to their respective project supervisor, and interact with their respective project supervisor as usual.

The submission/processing of final deliverable shall be continued automatically, after the start of next semester.

NOTE: Students are advised to keep working on the project during the period in which submission/processing of deliverable is postponed.
